Lorette
Janse van Rensburg matriculated from Potchefstroom
Gimnasium and completed her law studies
at the former Potchefstroom University for
Christian Higher Education during 1995.
Lorette joined Sasol Chemical Industries
in 1996 as a contract manager, registered
to complete her MBA part-time and was admitted
as an Advocate of the High Court of South
Africa in 1998.
During 2001 Lorette joined the Standard
Bank of South Africa and in 2004 completed
a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Taxation
through UNISA. She also decided during 2004
to pursue a career in private practice,
based on the vast amount of commercial experience
gained through Sasol and Standard Bank.

Lorette did her articles at a
firm which specializes in taxation law only and
in July 2006 joined Petzer Du Toit & Ramulifho
to manage the conveyancing department and specialize
in commercial law.
Lorette is married to Manie and
they have two daughters. She spends her free time
with her daughters and love doing things in and
around the house. She spends any available time
doing stained glass work and catching up on essential
reading.
