Profile of Lesley Nkhumbuleni Ramulifho

Lesley Nkhumbuleni Ramulifho was born in Venda (Limpopo) and grew up there. He attended a royal school, Davhana which is situated 30km from the famous Chief Davhana.

Lesley studied full time LLB at the University of Pretoria where he received his honourary colours for leadership in 2001. He then joined Savage Jooste & Adams Attorneys where he did his articles of clerkship. In September 2004, he joined a new firm under the founding partners of Lesley Ramulifho, Nigel Petzer and Una Du Toit opened its doors in Hatfield, Pretoria.

Lesley is currently completing his Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice, and has gained valuable experience in Labour law and Commercial law. He has assisted various government departments, most recently the Department of Housing and Department of Public Enterprises and successfully represented the usher messengers of a government department on a wage dispute matter. In January 2005, Lesley was appointed a director of Tswelepele Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners (Pty) Ltd, a new Black Empowerment owned and managed company specialising in Liquidations, Insolvencies and Business Recovery.
