PETZER, DU TOIT AND RAMULIFHO was formed in September 2004. We are a new dynamic legal practice that is truly representative of the demographics of the new South Africa, geared to render exceptional, value added service.

At the time we placed our faith in the future of South Africa, united by our common belief in the need for a dynamic and specialized legal practice offering service excellence, focus and commitment to our clients.

We realize the present, have learned from the past and are prepared for the future.

The founding members of this law firm are Nigel Petzer, Una du Toit and Lesley Ramulifho.

Nigel Petzer, a graduate of Unisa was a director of Rooth and Wessels Incorporated in Pretoria, having commenced his articles at the firm in 1985. Nigel concentrates on general litigation work and has a special interest in Cyberlaw, having completed an H Dip Cyberlaw (cum laude) at RAU.

Una du Toit, a graduate of Potchefstroom University practiced as an attorney and an advocate, before leaving the profession to work in the corporate world. Una concentrates on property law and conveyancing and also attends to general commercial work. She completed the Certificate for the Commercial Property Practitioner, offered by the South African Property Association, in conjunction with the University of Pretoria.

Lesley Ramulifho, a graduate of Pretoria University received his honourary leadership colours at the University of Pretoria during 2001. Lesley completed his articles of clerkship at Savage, Jooste & Adams and concentrates on all aspects of labour law as well as general litigation and commercial work.
